Dalgona coffee with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients and preparation
2 tbsp
instant coffee powder
2 tbsp
boiling water
2 tbsp
water
4 scoops
vanilla ice cream
meringue pieces
1. Put the coffee powder with the sugar and boiling water in a tall bowl and whip with a hand whisk for approx. 4 minutes until frothy.
2. Divide the cream between 4 glasses and put the vanilla ice cream on top. Garnish with meringue pieces.
