Questions about your order

How much do we charge for delivery?
We deliver for free any orders that are above 100 euros in value. Below we charge 5,95 euros for orders throughout Germany.

Where is my order?
As a rule, the delivery time is 2 - 5 working days. The delivery time may possibly be slightly longer. However, in this case, we will inform you immediately. You can obtain information about the status of your order at any time, using your DHL tracking number. You will find this number on your shipping confirmation, which we shall send to you immediately after processing your order. Just click the link sent to you and follow the instructions.

Should you fail to have received confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order, please contact us. Please make sure that, when ordering, you provide us with a currently valid e-mail address. You can reach us by e-mail under [email protected] or by telephone from monday to friday from 8 am to 8 pm and on saturday from 9 am to 12 pm under: +49 (0) 99 22 / 98 – 111. Should you wish to change an order already sent to us, please get in touch with us.

How can I return the goods?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Nevertheless, in case you should happen to have cause for complaint, we have enclosed a goods return form and a return address label inside the package. So that we can constantly improve our service for you, we would ask you to kindly indicate on the goods return form your reasons for returning the articles. Please use the original packaging for returning the goods and stick the return address label over the original delivery label. Just hand the package over to a branch of the German Post Office (DHL). The costs for the return shipment will be taken over for you by Zwiesel Kristallglas Ltd.

Please do not forget to place a cross on the form to indicate whether you would like a credit note or a replacement delivery. In this way, you will be helping us to speed up the settlement of the matter to your satisfaction.

How do you exercise your right of cancellation?
For almost 150 years, Zwiesel Fortessa AG has dedicated itself to producing glasses for connoisseurs. We want to share this passion with you. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, you have 30 days to return your order to us without giving any reason.

So that we can continuously improve our service for you, we would be delighted if you could tell us the reasons for your dissatisfaction on the enclosed returns note.

What can I do if I have no return address label or goods return form?
In the case that no goods return form or return address label has been enclosed with your delivery, please be so kind as to contact our Customer Service under telephone number +49 (0) 9922 / 98-111 (for Germany). We are at your service from mondays to fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Or just write us an e-mail to [email protected].
