Good to know
Engraved/personalised glasses and custom-made products cannot be returned. Customers must contact customer service in the event of broken deliveries or defects. Please note that the digital preview may differ slightly from the actual engraving. Inappropriate terms are excluded by a filter system. Engravings with offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content are not possible.
Engraving extends the delivery time by approx. 3-4 days.
Please note that engraving is only possible for complete boxes. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer engraving on a single glass basis. The surcharges for engraving vary depending on the size of the box:
- For boxes of 2 the surcharge is 150 kr per box.
- For boxes of 4 there is a surcharge of 200 kr per box.
- Boxes of 6 have a surcharge of 250 kr per box. Due to a current series changeover, no specific series is currently available for this box size.
Important: Discount vouchers, such as newsletter discounts, can only be applied to the price of the glasses. The surcharge for engraving is not affected by discounts and will be charged in full.
- Fonts: Roboto Condensed, EB Garamond, Vollkorn SC, Satisfy
- Lines: Maximum 3 lines in total, at least 1 line of text, 1 line with symbol and a 2nd line of text optional.
- Line length: Maximum 20 symbols including spaces.
- Symbols: Symbols specified by selection, Latin letters, Arabic numerals and common punctuation marks.
