Cocktail coupe Echo

Chai Espresso Martini


Ingredients (for 1 cocktail):

  • 5 cl Amarula
  • 1 shot of cooled espresso
  • 2 cl chai tea syrup (e.g. Monin)
  • Ice cubes
  • Coffee beans (for garnish)

Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then add the Amarula, cooled espresso and chai tea syrup. Shake vigorously until the mixture is creamy and frothy. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with coffee beans. Cheers!

Apple Cider Mocktail


Ingredients (for 1 mocktail):


  • 4 cl non-alcoholic gin
  • 2 cl vanilla syrup (e.g. Monin)
  • 1.5 cl passion fruit syrup (e.g. Monin)
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 6 cl apple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices

Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then add the non-alcoholic gin, vanilla syrup, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice and apple juice. Shake well. Fill a glass with fresh ice cubes, strain the drink over the ice and garnish with thin apple slices arranged in a fan.

Creamy Hazelnut Breeze


Ingredients (for 1 cocktail):

  • 2 cl coconut syrup (e.g. Monin)
  • 2 cl hazelnut syrup (e.g. Monin)
  • 250 ml milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate sauce (for decorating the glass)


Preparation 

Add all ingredients together with ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until well combined and slightly frothy. Decorate the inside of a glass with a wave pattern of chocolate sauce, then pour the contents of the shaker, including the ice, into the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Vitamin Mocktail


Ingredients (for 1 mocktail):

  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 4 fresh strawberries
  • Cinnamon-sugar mixture (for the rim of the glass)
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker using a muddler. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and coconut milk, then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Moisten the rim of a whisky glass with a lemon wedge and dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to create a decorative rim. Fill the glass with ice cubes, strain the mixture through a fine sieve into the glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
