Strawberry Matcha

The combination of fresh strawberries, creamy milk and premium matcha creates a perfectly balanced flavour. Its vibrant layers also make Strawberry Matcha a true eye-catcher – ideal for warm days or as a refreshing alternative to the classic Matcha Latte.                

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 4–5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 120 ml milk or a plant-based alternative
  • 2 g matcha (ceremonial grade)
  • 60 ml water (approx. 80°C / 176°F)
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Blend the strawberries with the maple syrup until smooth and pour the purée into a glass. Add a few ice cubes, then carefully pour in the milk. Whisk the matcha with the hot water until smooth and frothy, then slowly pour it over the milk. This creates the signature green, white and red layers that make Strawberry Matcha such a striking drink.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Peach Matcha Lemonade

Sweet peach, fresh lemon and finely whisked matcha come together to create a refreshing drink with a balanced combination of fruity sweetness, gentle acidity and matcha's characteristic umami notes. Its vibrant layers make Peach Matcha Lemonade a real visual highlight.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 80 ml peach purée or peach nectar
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 100 ml sparkling mineral water or soda water
  • 2 g matcha (ceremonial grade)
  • 60 ml water (approx. 80°C / 176°F)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1–2 peach slices and fresh mint for garnish

Preparation

Pour the peach purée and lemon juice into a glass and fill it with ice cubes. Carefully add the sparkling mineral water or soda water. Whisk the matcha with the hot water until smooth and frothy, then slowly pour it over the back of a spoon onto the drink to create the characteristic golden-yellow and vibrant green layers. Garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint, then stir before enjoying.
