Yogurt & Mascarpone cream
Ingredients and preparation
1. Wash limes, squeeze the juice of one & mix with yogurt, mascarpone and honey.
2. Crumble the amarettini biscuits & divide between 4 glasses. Pour the yogurt cream over the biscuits & chill for ½ hour.
3. Cut the other lime in half & slice thinly. Use lime & lemon verbena to garnish.
